This is a breeze.

1. Set up JONAS (unzip and set the JONAS_HOME variable).
2. Then just drop the war files in the webapps/autoload directory.
3. Start Jonas, (using either Jetty or Tomcat for webcontainer)
4. That's all.

And you can always use the Jonas Admin console to deploy or undeploy at runtime.
