Here are some useful windows batch files.
Just copy them to your Magnolia root directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\magnolia) and run them from there.
I've tested them on Windows XP, so no guaranty that they will run on other Windows versions.
These scripts are a rewriting of the ones published by Richard Kogelnig on the user mailing list.
I use the sleep.exe file to wait after the shutdown so that all file lock is released and the files get copied correctly.

This is only valid for older versions of Magnolia where multiple instances in the same container were not supported. Since v3, magnolia_control.bat should be used.
